This is the best restaurant if you definitely love hot pot. I can taste that their soup base are really an authentic home style with no short cuts. There are so many varieties of seafood, meats, vegetables, noodles, and assorted kinds of mushrooms. The best part is 'all you can eat' with just one fixed price ! As for my desserts, I have raspberry, mango, and mocha cakes. They also have all you can eat, bbq and sushi if you prefer

Nine Spices Korean Barbecue and Hot Pot delivers a fun, DIY dining experience, but it’s a mixed bag overall. The concept is solid—grill your own meats, simmer your hot pot, and eat at your own pace. The variety is decent, especially for the price point, with a good selection of broths, proteins, and sauces. That said, the quality of ingredients is hit or miss. Some of the meats were fresh and well-marinated; others felt frozen or lacked flavor. The service was polite but inconsistent—sometimes attentive, sometimes hard to flag down. The space itself is spacious but can get loud and chaotic during peak hours. If you’re with a group and looking for a casual, interactive meal, it does the job. Just don’t go in expecting top-tier Korean BBQ or hot pot.

My first time at Nine Spices, I visited on a Saturday evening around 7pm and it was really busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long for a 4 person table. Sally was very accommodating, she explained the menu thoroughly and took great care of us! There’s a great selection of meat & vegetables. I loved the conveyor belt as it was a smaller serving if you wanted to grab extra or try something different. Definitely a more unique experience than other places I’ve tried. One of the best hotpot & bbq spots I’ve tried so far

I am a big fan of this FL chain. Stopped in on a rainy Saturday for their hotpot and sushi Ayce menu for $36. They have some of the hotpot sides on the conveyor belt in the middle. The tables have the kbbq and hot pot built in. I loved the sauce station because everything was neat and filled to the brim. I ordered the bone broth for the hotpot. The broth was really rich in flavor. For the sushi, I ordered some of the sashimi, sushi appetizers and the T Rex rolls. The fish here is really fresh and buttery. I was more of a fan of the sushi than the actual hotpot. I really enjoyed my experience here. Service was great and there’s so many menu items here.

I had a great time at this all-you-can-eat hotpot and BBQ spot! The selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and sides was impressive; there’s something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned hotpot lover or just here for the grilled meats. They also offered a nice variety of dipping sauces and condiments to customize your experience. One thing I really appreciated was the free drink included with the meal; not something you see often at AYCE places. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get, and the overall value felt well worth it. Service was excellent too. The hostess was welcoming and attentive throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The only minor downside was that the hotpot soup base felt a bit generic. It wasn’t bad by any means, just lacked the depth or spice you might expect from more specialized broths. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I’d happily come back and recommend it to friends looking for a casual, satisfying hotpot and BBQ experience.

I had the pleasure of trying KBBQ and all you can eat sushi and it was wonderful. Definitely an 8.5/ 10. I appreciated the service, our waitress was helpful and left us to our meal. It felt very European lol the conveyor belt was a cool feature, even though it seemed more Hotpot and dessert focused. But I loved the meat options for KBBQand everything we had was sooo tasty. The passion roll was delicate and delicious. The waitress couldn't tell me what kind of hot sake they had, but it was good. I liked the general ambience and vibe.
